GMail Drive shell extension is a Shell Extension that creates a virtual file system in your Gmail account, allowing you to use to store files. It allows you to save and get files stored in your account directly from Windows Explorer.
This software literally adds a new drive on your PC, the My Computer folder, where you can create folders, copy and drag files to Gmail. Since Google began offering Gmail accounts, the space will only grow and now exceed 2 GB. Why not use it if it is free?
With GMail Drive shell extension you copy your files to the account and then you can get them anytime. When you create a new file by the program, it generates an e-mail and sends it to your account. The e-mail appears in your inbox folder and file as an attachment.
